Rabbit with mustard and thyme

Ingredients (4 serves)
2 tbsp. grounded mustard seed
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. thyme, chopped
salt, pepper
1 dl water
1 rabbit, cutted into pieces

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Mix the mustard, the flour and thyme in a bowl. Season it to taste. Add the water littly by little then put it onto the rabbit. Put them into a greased tray, then bake it for 1-1,5 hours. Serve it hot or cold.
