| MIXED VEGETABLES WITH FOUR PEPPER OLIVE OIL

Ingredients for four people:
1 medium-sized potato
1 carrot
1 small courgette
1 head of cauliflower
8 mangetout
8 slices of celeraic
4 spring onions
8 wild asparagus
4 fresh cloves of garlic
12 fresh spinach leaves
4 slices of ham
2 spoonfuls of boiled maize
2 spoonfuls of cooked lentils
2 spoonfuls of peas
2 spoonfuls of green beans
basil
mint
chervil
chives
four pepper olive oil
Preperation:
The crispy ham:
1. Cook the slices of ham in a pan until they are crispy.
The vegetables:
1. Prepare, cut and cook all the vegetables separately until they are al dente
2. peel the potato in a cylinder and slice it.
Finishing and presentation:
1. Put the vegetables and ham on a plate.
2. Dress with four pepper olive oil.
3. Decorate it with the aromatic herbs.
