Cucumber and borago soup

Ingridients:
2 cucmbers, peeled, pitted, sliced
3 green onions, chopped finely
Bunch of borago leaves
3 dl stock
3 dl yoghurt
1,5 dl cream
Salt, pepper
Lemon juice to taste

Mix with a blender the cucumber, onion and the half of the borago then add to stock in. Whip the yoghurt with the cream and pour it into the soup. Season it with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste. Serve it cold with finely chopped borago leaves on the top of it.
