Lovage soup

Ingredients (4 serves)
2,5 dkg butter
2 onions, chopped finely
4 tbsp. lovage leaves, chopped finely
2,5 dkg flour
5,5 dl chicken or vegetable stock
2,5 dl milk
salt, pepper

Melt the butter in a pan, then roast the onion on it. Add the lovage, flour and stir it constantly for 1 minute. After that, add the stock little by little, cover it and bring it to the boil. Pour the milk in it and season it. Cook on low heat for a while, but don’t allow to boil it again, because it will be lumpy.
