Lentilsoup with coriander

Ingredients (4 serves)
1 tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped finely
11 dkg lentils
5,5 dl tomato juice
2,5 dl water
salt, peppe

1 tbsp. coriander seed, grounded
Roast the onion in oil, then add the lentils and simmer them for a few minutes. Add the tomato juice, water and the spices as well. Bring it to the boil, then cover it and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Serve it hot, with chopped coriander on the top of it.
