UGANDAN GRADE „A” VANILLA PODS
Our beans are characterized by their lustrous, oily appearance, a high vanillin content and a wonderful evocative aroma. Each bean is graded by hand to ensure you obtain the best possible quality time after time. To prevent your vanilla beans from becoming dry, always store in a clean, airtight container.

VANILLA EXTRACT
A professional quality ingredient made from selected vanilla beans. It will impart brilliantly the warm, rich flavour of real vanilla to your cooking.

VANILLA PASTE
An intensely flavoured ingredient, possessing a high concentration of real vanilla seeds. A little goes a long, long way. Even a small quantity will not only impart a big flavour, it will also provide the characteristic ‘speckled pepper’ appearance produced by the seeds themselves.

VALSAMICA
A blend of aged Balsamic vinegar, port and real vanilla extract Valsamica is new and exclusive to the Vanillaworks’ range. The depth of flavour, combined with a sweetness and acidity makes Valsamica a brilliant addition to any number of desserts or savoury dishes.Try sprinkling over seared scallops, or over proscuitto and figs. Alternatively, drizzle over good quality ice cream, or even rice pudding!

WICKED FUDGE
This is just the most glorious fudge! It’s the real clotted cream and natural vanilla flavour which gives our fudge its smooth, melt-in-the-mouth texture and rich, evocative flavour. In fact it is so luxurious you will probably want to save your Vanillaworks’ fudge for a special occasion; with coffee at the end of a dinner party, for example, or to celebrate on learning that your ex has just slipped a disc, that sort of thing. Be warned, it won’t happen: this fudge is wicked and will disappear quickly.
