Balsamico & Co. We are happy to announce the third Culinaris Discovery Meal, celebrating the ancient craft of vinegar brewing! Come to taste de delicate balances of a real aged balsamico, the flavors of a noble fig, beer, tomato, plum or asparagus vinegar, made from pure juices, carefully crafted based on recepies handed down through generations of brewers. Chefs András Jakus and Gergő Rácz will show you how balsamico and noble vinegars can be used as flavorings, spices with all courses from appetizers to desserts.
